Farmington Hills, MI | 2025 - LSPedia is pleased to announce that Tushar Gupta has joined the company as Vice President of Customer Success. With more than a decade of experience across the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, Tushar brings deep expertise in manufacturing, distribution, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives.

Tushar has spent over 12 years in pharmaceutical and life sciences operations and more than six years leading customer success and digital transformation programs across technology consulting and software. His background includes functional product design, process optimization, serialization, supply chain visibility, and regulatory compliance—key areas that support LSPedia’s mission to deliver trusted DSCSA and supply chain solutions to the industry.

In his new role, Tushar will focus on strengthening cross-functional collaboration, enhancing customer onboarding and adoption, and driving long-term customer value. He aims to build strong partnerships with customers, identify operational opportunities for improvement, and help position LSPedia as a benchmark for customer success excellence within the SaaS supply chain ecosystem.
